Great communication with prompt responses throughout the process even after the installation was completed. Work was done within and less than a week. I decided to add a fan in the attic for days with cooler mornings and hot afternoons to suck up all the hot air from my 2-story home which is supposed to reduce the temperature inside the house before running the a/c unit. I also asked about installing a transfer switch to connect to a generator instead purchasing a battery for power outages and the company was able to install it which saved me thousands of dollars! Great customer service over all!
